Printing plastic cards asks for certain minimum standards for cleaning your printer, as plastic cards are statically charged and therefore attract a lot of dust. This can lead to less printing quality and in the worst case to functional problems of the printer. To prevent this, Evolis provides spezial cleaning accessories in order to clean the three sensitive parts - the printhead, the card bed and the cleaning-roll - more easily.
